Investment team helps transact five assets

Lunson Mitchenall’s Investment team has successfully advised on the sale of four retail assets and two acquisitions with a combined value of almost £55 million.

The Investment team has had a busy quarter through the summer ensuring that the sales of these assets have run smoothly following competitive bidding. The four disposals include; Kings Walk, Gloucester; High Street, Staines Upon Thames; Broad Street, Reading; and Cavendish Arcade, Buxton. Clients include Aviva , M&G, Goldman Sachs / M7 and Aberdeen Standard Investments. The acquisitions were in Peascod Street, Windsor on behalf of a private client and Week Street, Maidstone for a Local Authority client of Lunson Mitchenall.
