Our Lease Advisory team, comprising four Directors has a huge breadth of experience working closely alongside our clients, always aiming to exceed expectations.
We currently advise on over 40 shopping centres across the UK, 15 of which are in the top tier ranking. Our clients include Aberdeen Standard Investments, AEW, British Land, Global Mutual, Landsec, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G, New River and Sovereign Centros. In addition, we represent a number of national retailers including Boots and Brewers.
Our retail and leisure expertise bridges regional, sub-regional and town centre schemes, as well as key London locations such as The O2 and Royal Festival Hall and provides for diverse and widespread relationships, many of which extend to over 15 years.
