The Big Mamma Group have created a cult-following around France, with their venue concepts including everything from restaurants to speakeasy bars and rooftop dining. Their most recent addition Pink Mamma has all of the above under one roof.
Ruvan Sangra from our Catering & Leisure team visited the much anticipated venue which did not disappoint, here is what he has to say.
“… Walking down from Blanche, which is well known street for the Moulin Rouge, the building strikes you on the left when walking down Rue Pierre Fontaine. As the name suggests, Pink Mamma does what it says on the tin – it is a 4 storey pink building with a small queue of local millennials and generation Z’s folks buzzing outside the doors.
The ambience within the restaurant lives up to expectation, accompanied by a fairly simple menu with strong flavours which did not disappoint, and staff who are happy to recommend their favourites.
Post dinner drinks were hosted in the basement speakeasy, where the mixologists put together a fantastic array of cocktails which topped off a great evening. The much anticipated business will be opening their first site in Shoreditch, London and are on the hunt for other UK locations.
We look forward to the return leg!”
