Andrew joined the Lease Advisory team in January 2022 specialising in Landlord & Tenant work, namely, lease re-gearing, lease renewals and rent review instructions. He is also part of our Occupier Representation team, providing strategic advice and assisting with acquisitions.

Before joining Lunson Mitchenall, Andrew spent eight years at Stephen Kane & Company where he represented tenants in various retail sectors including Food & Beverage, Jewellery & Fashion. He helped established corporate clients, as well as fledgling retailers and restaurateurs, expand and rationalise their property portfolios.

Outside work, Andrew enjoys walking his dogs, experiencing different cultures through travel, calisthenics training, and Newcastle United F.C.
