As part of its work at Chelmsford shopping centre, The Meadows, Lunson Mitchenall acted for Schroders to welcome Cosy Club to the scheme.
With 14 sites already across the UK and more on the way, Cosy Club is the latest in a line of new food and beverage operators at The Meadows including Wagamama and GBK.
Cosy Club promises informal casual dining, drinking and lounging in a homely and family friendly environment. It offers a variety of food including comfort food classics and an extensive brunch menu in a quirky and playful atmosphere.
Each restaurant has a different interior but its design is always eclectic with a mix match of chairs, tables, oil paintings and flags.
The fit-outs also aim to feature the quirky parts of the individual units including exposed brick and wooden panelling.
George Oppenheim, Lunson Mitchenall said: “The addition of Cosy Club will serve to further enrich the leisure offer at the scheme. The concept is fun and fresh and will bring its own unique character to the shopping centre which already has a strong dining offer.”
