This summer, keen athlete Richard Harwood took to his bike for the Gran Fondo Qualifier race – part of the highly anticipated Tour of Cambridge.
With riders of all abilities taking part, the route ran along the beautiful Cambridge roads and consisted of four gruelling climbs across 130km. Richard came in the top 25 per cent of riders, qualifying for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Australia.
The Lunson Mitchenall team also participated in the 10th annual JLL Property Duathlon on 1st July.
Richard Harwood, Nick Hartwell, Emma Charlesworth and Matt Maynard all took part in the tough cycling and running races which took place at Dorney Lake. Over the last decade, the event has raised nearly £1.7 million, with this year’s total hitting the £190,352.26 mark.
