As part of its work for intu, Lunson Mitchenall has signed Hollywood Bowl at the multi-million pound intu Watford extension.
The country’s leading ten pin bowling brand will be taking a 23,626 sq ft centre at the multi-million pound extension at intu Watford. Once completed, the extension will create a 1.4 million sq ft retail and leisure destination, which is set to elevate the town to a top 20 UK retail destination.
The centre will be Hollywood Bowl’s third within intu’s portfolio of shopping centres cross the UK, with one of its biggest sites due to open at the 225,000 sq ft leisure extension to intu Lakeside in 2018. It also launched a new centre at intu Debry in April this year.

Lunson Mitchenall now works across 14 intu assets across the breadth of the country.
