Host of new Food and Beverage offer at The O2 alongside London’s biggest cinema

September 17, 2019

A number of great London street food operators have been added alongside the Cineworld extension, increasing the cinema to 19 screens. Operators now open include the likes Thunderbird Chicken, HOOK, Scarlett and Beer & Burger.

Alongside this a number of fantastic all day dining offers have been added to the ICON outlet in and amongst the newly created retail mall. These restaurants will add another dimension to the tenant mix at The O2, with operators including By Chloe, Hai Di Lao and Butcher and the Farmer.
By Chloe, who are now open and trading are an all-day offering of plant based vegan food. This is the New York based eateries third London site.
Founded in the Sichuan Province of China, Hai Di Lao, will be opening its second site in London. The hot pot restaurant will bring an authentic dining experience for the lovers of Chinese food.
This follow the news that ‘farm-to-table’ concept Butcher and the Farmer is opening later in the year under the ‘The Marketplace’ fascia. The sharing focussed restaurant was founded in Australia and will largely follow the concept of the Sydney original, with organic dishes available breakfast through to dinner.
Ruvan Sangra from Lunson Mitchenall’s specialist Catering & Leisure division commented: “The O2 is a fantastic location, and it is important that we continue providing the appropriate mix of restaurants for the wide variety of worldwide visitors we obtain here.
“These restaurants broaden the food and beverage choices available, giving customers an array of different options. Some of the restaurants will also include external areas so that visitors can dine within the gardens, adding further excitement and another dimension to our current offering.
“It is also important that we create an offer that compliments ICON, London’s new Designer Outlet Village at The O2, assisting in improving the customer experience and dwell time further.”
