Lunson Mitchenall has acted on behalf of the Azzurri Group to secure Italian restaurant Zizzi for the St David’s Centre in Cardiff.
The Italian chain was founded in 1999 and now has over 140 restaurants throughout the UK. It will be located diagonally opposite the Stable on Bridge Street, and will take a 2,494 sq ft unit on the ground floor of the centre with an external seating area of 700 sq ft.
Complementing other food and beverage outlets including Carluccios, Chimi Changa, Pizza Express and GBK, the restaurant will bring even more diversity to the current offer at the centre which is owned by the St David’s Partnership.
Lunson Mitchenall has supported the Azzurri Group on the next phase of its roll out since it won the mandate just over a year ago.
