Lunson Mitchenall, acting on behalf of Brewers, advised on the sale and leasebacks of two trade counters units located in Basildon and Crawley.
The units were sold in two separate transactions, Basildon was sold for £1.298m and Crawley was sold for £1.56m, both transactions reflecting a net initial yield of 5.20%.
