As part of its membership with United Partners , Lunson Mitchenall is hosting a series of tours across London to showcase key assets to our international colleagues.
UP! is an association of four companies, located in France (RCG), Italy (Larry Smith) and Spain (LaSBA), with Lunson Mitchenall in the UK.
Included in the tour will be King’s Cross where the team advises on the retail and leisure elements of the 67 acre regeneration site, Canary Wharf where the division works across the retail and leisure aspects of its 1m sq ft estate, and Royal Festival Hall where the team has been providing advice on the river-side location since 2004.
Lunson Mitchenall’s involvement in the association is an excellent way for the team to access international contacts and build their presence on the international retail scene. In total, United Partners represents 200 staff who look after a wide range of clients – including institutional investors, REITS, private equity and developers, as well as retailers and public authorities.
