Lunson Mitchenall has been shortlisted for EG’s Retail and Leisure Advisor of the Year award.
With a successful year under their belts, the Lunson Mitchenall team advised on the biggest shopping centre deal to date in 2017 – the sale of Delancey’s 50% stake in Southside for £150m. Alongside this and the other highlights, the lease advisory team grew to be the most dominant in the industry completing 300 transactions and winning five new instructions at Festival Place, Basingstoke, Broadway, Bradford, Queensmere, Slough and the O2 London.
The winner will be announced at the EG Awards on 19 September.
