Lunson Mitchenall has won its second industry award in less than a year, taking Retail and Leisure Agency Team of the Year at the Property Week Awards.
The prestigious awards ceremony celebrates the very best talent in the property industry, recognising teams, individuals and specific projects. It comes six months after the EG Awards ceremony, at which Lunson Mitchenall scooped an award for “Retail and Leisure Advisor of the Year”.
The leading niche retail and leisure advisor was praised for its innovative approach amidst an ongoing challenging retail market. An independent panel of judges comprising some of the most prominent figures in the UK property industry elevated Lunson Mitchenall above a shortlist of major contenders, highlighting the company’s outstanding achievements over the past 12 months.
Proving there are still Shopping Centre investment deals to be done, the Lunson Mitchenall team was recognised for creating industry-leading headlines, notably advising on one of the biggest shopping centre transactions of late – Delancey’s sale of its 50% share in Southside shopping centre in London for £150m in 2017.
