Lunson Mitchenall has welcomed a new addition to the shopping centre leasing division as Alexandra Savelli joins the team.
Originally from a marketing background, Alexandra will bring a sound brand awareness and over five years’ experience in retail property from her previous roles at BNP Paribas and JLL in Glasgow. Throughout her career to date, she has gained expertise in asset management, development and in providing acquisition and disposal advice on behalf of both landlord and retailer clients.
Alexandra will support the shopping centre leasing team which counts over 50 shopping centres in its portfolio, including 15 of the UK’s top 35 shopping centres. In the last year alone, it has facilitated over 650 lettings on 2.1m sq ft of space on behalf of new and existing clients, including TH Real Estate, Land Securities, Meyer Bergman, intu and Standard Life.
