Highcross Leicester has welcomed SOHO Coffee Co. as it looks to strengthen its food and beverage offer.
Lunson Mitchenall acted on behalf of SOHO Coffee Co. to secure the popular coffee shop over 2,000 sq ft of space in the heart of the Hammerson-owned scheme. SOHO Coffee Co., which was founded in 1999 and has outlets across the UK and Internationally, will bolster the scheme’s coffee, food-to-go and casual dining offer; giving customers a varied choice with their seasonally changing menus.
Architected and furnished by SOHO’s own Store Design Team, the store fit-out will include comfortable, zoned seating—including contemporary banquette seating and communal tables—artisan, natural finishes and signature lighting features in an informal atmosphere. It opened to the public at the end of June 2016.
