String of lettings at intu Watford’s retail and leisure extension

February 13, 2019

Cote Restaurants, Veeno, BOSS and a premium American fashion brand have all signed for the £180m retail and leisure extension at intu Watford.

They will join an array of exciting recent openings including the anchor Debenhams store, Jack Wills, H&M, New Look, Superdry, Yo! Sushi, TGI Friday and MOD pizza. The Centre has seen a raft of new leisure openings with Rock Up and Hollywood Bowl plus a new Cineworld Imax Cinema with Screen X – one of only 6 in the UK.

Hayley Gisborne, Director at Lunson Mitchenall said:

“We are delighted to have secured a fantastic line up of high quality retail and leisure names for intu Watford, with more than 90 percent of the extension let or in solicitors hands. The extension opened just as a £13m refurbishment of the existing centre completed and we have seen a spike in footfall levels as customers returned in their droves.”
